Early bird prices are available to provide a discounted rate for those who book far enough in advance. Early bird will close 90 days before the event date or when 50% of places are booked (whichever comes first). If you are keen to secure the best rate we recommend booking as far in advance as you can. Remember you only need to pay a 20% deposit to secure your place (the remainder is due no later than 60 days before the event date). It's up to our discretion to close Early Bird prices as and when we wish dependant on bookings. If you are unsure just ask us, but assume Early Bird will close no later than 90 days before the event date.

No. You will need to log into our payment platform https://myeasol.com/bookings (https://myeasol.com/bookings)to make your remaining payment. You can pay little and often or all at once. All remaining balances must be paid 60 days before your Run Weekend. If you fail to do so you'll lose your deposit and your place. You’ll be notified by email that you are no longer attending. You will be 'nudged' via email twice as a reminder to pay the balance.

Yes. There's no set pace and the essence of Run Weekends is about togetherness. There is never any pressure and there's always help if you'd like to slow down. There’s also the option to just run part of the distance we have planned. We are very flexible and encourage new runners. If you have never run the distance featured in your Run Weekend, we suggest emailing us to let us know. If you’d like to speak to Nick directly to check anything about pacing or fitness he can be reached on the same email contact@runweekends.com.

Depending on the event you select, double occupancy and single occupancy rooms are available. These double occupancy rooms are most likely twin beds for friends sharing, or a double for a couple. For some Run Weekends you’ll be expected to share a room with someone you don’t know regardless of if you book a single or double. We will ensure this is someone of the same gender. For those who are not keen to share a room please contact us directly before booking. Due to the 'togetherness' concept of our Run Weekends most events are hosted with shared rooms (2 - 6 people sharing depending on the event).

You must pay your remaining balance no later than 60 days before your Run Weekend. If you fail to do so, you'll lose your deposit, any of the balance you have already paid, as well as your place on the Run Weekend. You’ll be notified by email that you are no longer attending. You will receive reminder emails directly from us via Easol’s third party payment system, so please check your emails (including your spam folder).
